Foster's Baptism

On April 2nd we went over to Kristen and John's house to celebrate Foster's baptism. This was a special day for their family and we were glad we could celebrate. Caleigh enjoyed playing in his playroom and couldn't understand why she could no longer get into the jumperoo and exersaucer!

Bath time is always a fun time around our house. Caleigh loves her bubbles and she would stay in there until she shrivels up if we let her!

Miss Priss

Little Miss Priss likes to pose for the camera lately. She yells "cheeseburger" when she sees the camera so we took a couple of pictures yesterday. The weather this weekend has been terrible so we have been inside a lot. We got a new patio set yesterday and unfortunately haven't been able to enjoy it because it is so cold. We are looking forward to better weather so we can play outside and Caleigh can run off some energy!

St. Patrick's Day Fun

Brian and I traveled to PA to be with family last week and to attend Grandpa Bill's funeral. We love him so much and will miss him terribly, but we know he is in a better place now. Caleigh stayed back in Raleigh with my parents and I think she had a good time. We couldn't wait to pick her up from daycare on Thursday because we missed her so much! She definitely was decked out in her green for St. Patrick's Day and we came home and had lots of fun outside. She would stay outside all of the time if we let her and luckily the weather has been great the past couple of days.

We bought her some little Crocs in the airport on the way home and she couldn't quite figure out why the grass was coming in the holes...

It's a good thing we kept the rock garden in the backyard after we moved in...

Birthday and a Little Baker

Last Wednesday, we celebrated Brian's mom's birthday! We had a great time celebrating and Caleigh certainly enjoyed her cake...that is all she talked about until we got to eat it after dinner!

In other news, we have a little baker on our hands. Aunt Carol sent Caleigh this adorable little apron, baker's hat and oven mits and Caleigh has had fun playing with her kitchen and pretending to bake!

We are also fascinated with wearing Mommy and Daddy's shoes these days...too funny!

Birthday and a Playdate

We had a busy week last week. First, we kept little Foster while his Momma tutored another little boy in our area. We were so excited to see him and Caleigh loved having a baby around. She was a little mother to him and made sure he had plenty of toys to play with! He was so good and we were glad we could help out. Then, on Thursday we celebrated Brian and Matt's birthday. We had family over to our house and had Outback take-out and a yummy cookie cake. The birthday celebrations haven't ended either...we went to Angus Barn with Brian's family last night and we will celebrate with my family this week. Brian is a lucky guy!

Beautiful Saturday

The weather has been so nice this weekend so we took advantage and played outside yesterday afternoon. Caleigh loves to just run and play and be free so that's what she did. We are looking forward to more nice weather today! Happy weekend!
